Frequently asked questions

We are an independent greengrocer, fruiterer and florist in Drift Road Shops that has supported the Clanfield community since 1986.

During the COVID-19 crisis, we are proud to have continued to have access to some of the best quality fresh produce around and to serve the local community, albeit with the restrictions explained on this page.

Fresh fruit and veg
Lots of fresh food.

Do you have restrictions when shopping?

Yes, we have several restrictions in place to ensure all of our customers and staff feel safe and comfortable. We request that anyone entering the shop wears a face covering and sanitises their hands on entry – a sanitisation point is located by the front door for convenience. We are only permitting 4 customers in the shop at any one time. Should you decline to wear a face covering or sanitising your hands we will ask you to remain at the service points outside and we will happily continue to serve you from there.

Do I have to come in the shop now?

No! If you don’t feel comfortable coming inside the shop, and we appreciate that not everyone will want to, if you wait by the service points at the front of the shop, we will happily come out as serve you as we have been doing over the last few months.

Can I come back into the shop?

YES! We have carried out a huge amount of work behind the scenes to ensure the shop has enough space to allow 4 customers to safely and comfortably shop at any one time, but we do strictly limit it to 4. We also respectively request that all customers wear face coverings and sanitise their hands on entry.
